If you wanted to drive it at night all you had to do was hook up the extension cord to the battery. For heat just twist two wires together.

I never get why people black out their license plates.  If you show it, does it make someone go steal it?

Well,
say you pissed someone off here really bad for whatever reason. Say that person was a nutcase and decided to come looking for you to cause you and your family harm.....your license plate is just like your name tag to anyone resourceful. I happened to be a licensed P.I.  and I can go down to the MVD flash my ID pay $3.00 and find out the name and address of the owner. Get it now?

Nice Z3 Coupe, hmeyne!  I almost bought one a few years ago when I got my Durango, but decided I could use the Durango and the cash even more.  Now, my dad has a M Roadster that I get to play with sometimes, so it's all good.  What engine do you have?  2.5? 2.8? Or the 3.0?
View Quote

2.8 - same as a 328i. M Roadster is great too! Unfortunatley it is tough to get all of my guns in this little car for range day! But I am going to buy my wife a BMW Wagon really soon, which will hold all of my hobbies nicely.

This is my daily driver.  Suspension modifications include chassis bracing, H&R Race Springs, Bilstein struts/shocks, 13" twin piston Cobra brakes and more.  Motor has ported and polished Windsor Jr heads, GT40 intake, Ford Motorsport cam, larger injectors and throttle body, headers and hi-flow X-pipe.  The tranny is a Ford Motorsport close-ratio road racing unit (T-5z) with a short throw Pro5.0 shifter.  There's more but I won't bore you... my scableen as i call it above is currently down receiving a freshend (backyard rebuild) 302 with ported Dart jr. heads, Cobra intake, 70mm TB, fresh World Class T-5.  It already had 3.55 gears.

The car is an 86 Merc Capri converted to look like an 86 mustang.  It was used and abused before i got it.... Herman Moi ran it around for about a year with a Vortech/Twisted Wedge 302, cracking off high 11s at Sears Point, and Sac Raceway.  The Torque boxes were almost ripped out when i got it... 400hp through a mustang with no subframe connectors is a big NO-NO.  ;)
