Judge Lindberg must be a dumbass, doesn't he know the BATF doesn't keep record of legal purchases? :)
Also this : "The BATF opposed release of the information out of privacy concerns." Yeah thats makes you feel all happy and fuzzy for a second, a kinder and gentler ATF, until you realize they were supposed to say they couldn't release it because they are barred by law from having it in the first place. |

Not in this case. The information requested concerns [b]multiple purchases.[/b] There is a form for that and the BATF keeps those forms on file, [i]for future reference![/i] |
