TOTAL SENATE SELL-OUT TO CARA
THE SLIPPERY SLOPE OF ENVIRONMENTAL EXTREMISM

Night of Infamy. Missouri Senators Bond & Carnahan allow passage of S-990,
"Son Of CARA."

S-990 passed the US Senate in a dark of night "voice vote." There is no
record of who was there and who voted. No record of how each Senator voted.
There is no record of whether those who voted FOR shouted louder than those
who may have voted AGAINST. There was no debate. There simply is no
accountability. S-990. "Son Of Cara," prettied up with the politically
correct name of American Wildlife Enhancement Act of 2001, passed the Senate
by unrecorded voice vote on September 20 late at night after almost everyone
had gone home, and is now headed for the House and probable Presidential
signature.

The horrible and unforgivable thing about it is that any one of the
Republican members of the Senate could have stopped it. They didn't. They
all
knew about it.

ANY Senator could have requested a "HOLD" which would have stopped action u
ntil the measure could be debated next session. Senator Bond did not ask for
a "HOLD." Senator Carnahan did not ask for a "HOLD." Bond and Carnahan
actually CO-SPONSORED S-990! Despite numerous requests from property rights
advocates, NO Senator asked for a "HOLD." Everyone in the Senate was quite
happy to approve this attack on America and did nothing to stop it. Every
Senator said clearly by inaction that the Senate believes rights of private
property owners are without merit or meaning, and protections guaranteed by
our US Constitution are old-fashioned, quaint, out-dated ideas that
government no longer need consider.

Here's what Bond, Carnahan, and the rest of the Senators approved by voice
vote:

*** $600 million per year for five years, $3 billion total, for government
buyout of private property with no protection against condemnation, and
grant
money for environmental and animal rights organizations.

*** Government authorization to grab your land for just about any reason
environmentalists or animal rightists can invent, including, to quote from
S-990, "acquisition of an area of land or water that is suitable or capable
of being made suitable for feeding, resting, or breeding by wildlife."
Another part of S-990 says your tax dollars can be used to "address the
unmet
needs for wildlife and the habitats on which the wildlife depend." That's
the
entire planet. Destroy those backyard bird feeders immediately! Senators
Bond
and Carnahan gave a green light to environmental extremists and animal
rightists to take away your home, your yard, your business, and your farm,
and voted to give the radical groups money and full government condemnation
authority and police power to evict you.

*** Authority to keep government landgrab schemes secret from land owners.
S-990 says "Coordination with State fish and game department personnel or
with personnel of any other state agency under this Act shall not be subject
to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA)." Bond and Carnahan don't want
you to hear breaking news such as government employees planting lynx hairs
to
stop National Forest use under the expired Endangered Species Act. Bond and
Carnahan want to hide government agents who conspire with environmental and
animal rights extremists to condemn and take away your land, so you can't
stop the landgrab and won't write nasty letters to their Congressional
offices.

Now Son Of CARA goes to the House where stopping the bill is unlikely.
Environmental extremists and animal rightists proved they can run this bill
through the House. They did it with CARA, which passed overwhelmingly on the
floor and passed out of Committee this year. We can plead with House members
to protect our Constitutio

Missouri Senators Bond and Carnahan have firmly cemented their RINO status.
Bond as Republican In Need of Ousting. Carnahan as Really In Need of
Ousting.
They join a long list of other public officials to oust, including all
Congressional Socialists, and State Senators and Representatives and County
Commissioners and others who pander to environmental extremists and animal
rightists, and Missouri Department of Conservation Director Jerry Conley who
is on record in Missouri Conservationist magazine as eager and willing to
sell out Missouri landowners for a little more government pork money.

The slide down the slippery slope of environmental extremism is accelerating
and we're almost at the cliff edge. Never forget this, especially when it's
time for the next election. There are at least two new Missouri candidates
running for Senate this year. People flee despotic nations to find freedom
in
America. When AMERICA is taken over by Socialists and destruction of our
Constitution is final, to which other nation will you flee? If the end
comes,
it will happen quickly.

On Christmas Eve a predator got into the dove cage in my chicken house and
killed every bird. The doves weren't eaten. They were gleefully murdered,
mutilated, blood and guts and bird pieces strewn everywhere. Much like what
environmental extremists, animal rightists, United Nations world government
activists, and their puppets in Congress are doing to America. Slaughtering
doves on Christmas Eve is an evil omen.

Matter of Fact Carnahan was killed in a plane crash Oct. 16th '01.
