Go to bed at the same time every night and your body will wake itself up every morning at the same time. I have used my own bodies internal clock and rarely does it fail me.

Get old and your body will wake you at ungodly hours of the morning. You will still be awake when it's time to get up.

You mean like waking up at 2:00 in the morning, and not being able to go back to sleep until 4:25 when your alarm clock is set for 4:30? I never thought of 36 as "old". Make yourself take a crap at the same time every morning. After about 2 weeks, even if you sleep in... well.... you won't be sleeping in.

All electrical appliances (stereos, tv, clocks, blenders, vacuums, toasters, refrigerators and especially micro-wave ovens) have always been after me too ComputerGuy.
I think it has something to do with me beign struck by lightning and being temporarily dead when I was about 15. Since then, anything electrical hates me. |
