Gang:

Please go to the attached link and take the Poll on whether TN gun owners should be able to carry in restaurants. The station did a real hatchet job on CCW holders and restaurants during their 5PM telecast

Poll closes before 11PM telecast TONIGHT...

Please pass on to all gun right accounts

I voted, but it won't show me what the vote percentage is at. Maybe it is so that no matter what the results, they can lie and say that the response to their poll was overwhelmingly no.

Done, but I suspect something screwy about that poll not showing the results.  We had the same kind of legislation come up here in Arkansas last session about carrying in retaurants that served alcohol, got killed before it ever came to vote, and this was after some extreme pressure exerted by the ARPA (Arkansas Rifle and Pistol Assoc.).  Seems some of our slimey pliticians wanted it killed before it came to vote so their true colors would'nt show thru.

Should licensed gun owners be able to carry concealed weapons into a restaurant that serves alcohol?

... I do all the time. However, Arizona has a very unique twist to the law regarding this. First offense is a warning.
... If you are a law abiding citizen and you remain concealed and in control it makes perfect sense.

here in oklahoma with a cca licence you can carry if the place serves food and booze, if no firearms allowed signs are posted. and never if only booze is served. most eating places don't have a no-firearms poster as that would give all the thugs a good sign as this is the place to rob!  here in oklahoma it's called a self defence license you can never trade a life for property, ego,or someone flipped you off at the stop sign. samoo-samoo
