Recomend me a good Mortgage Broker.

OK I'm looking for a house, but I need a mortgage, but I know nothing about the process, who's good to use, anything, I've called about a dozen difference real estate agents today, and got 3 different recommendations, and I don't know any of them, I got: Indigo, Great lakes Mortgage Funding, and Horizon Financial, has anyone ever heard of any of these?, are they good? Who do you recommend?

This, he is good people.

He did my Original Loan and a Re Fi, we are in the process of doing another Re Fi right now.

We will close this week.

What the hell does a mortgage broker do?

When I bought my house I called around to the banks to get rates and picked the lowest one. Done. Are you going to pay someone to do that?

I dont get it.

I dont get it.

I think the OP is using the term loosely. Brokers seldom offer the best deal since they aren't the actual lender and have to make money on the transaction - so you are paying a fee to both instead of just the bank/lender.
