Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - wtk - new calif hand gun law?

hey guys

apparently there is a new law that requires you to go to a hand gun school prior to purchasing a hand gun.  apparently the bfsc is not enough, nor the fact i have owned guns for 23 years.

does anyone know when this law is set to take place?  jan 1 2002 or 2003?

It was passed this year. It will take affect 2003.
