Nope.. one night I was tired of the usual bs elements that is GD, so I got drunk, banged the wife, drove my old military truck down the back road to look at deer with a light (but not shoot).

Honestly, I love ARFCOM, but ut has become too much of peoples daily routine.

Pretty simple.

Kikkoman Soy Sauce, liquid smoke and crushed red pepper are the only indgredients.

About 4 hours [on average] in the oven at at low heat [140-150]

This is the one I use:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons liquid smoke

Slice meat into 1/4" thick strips
marinate for 24 hours

Dehydrate in dehydrator over night or until dry

may also be dried in oven on lowest temp (175-200)

Watched Scarface the other night, eating my venison jerky as I type, washing it down with Canadian beer.
Life is GOOOOD (for now)

This is very close to what I use. When I make it make it in batches for three days. The first bacth marinate 24 hours is good, second batch where it's marinate 48 hours better and third batch where it's marinate 60 hours best.

I used the dehydrator from walmart. Jerky is great and throw abag in the car and it stays good even in the summer. I normally do the entire deer for jerky.
