I'm curious as to where one could buy silver at, or slightly above spot price.

A few months ago I found a individual selling silver dimes right at spot price and bought quite a few of them.

I've been looking online again and haven't had any luck so far.

Have you tried looking into coin stores in your area? They usually have some silver bars and silver (pre '64) coins on hand. Also there's been plenty of discussion about silver over in the Survival Discussion forum

Yup...........coin shops.

I buy silver quarters a roll at a time.
