I have searched all the internets. I can't find one anywhere! My son (7yo) really, really wants one. The only ones I have seen online are home made. If I tried to make one myself it would look like crap.
I would even pay to have one made if it was a quality build. He wants a MA5B or MA5C or a BR55.

Can anyone assist?

Thanks,
Kellevil

I don't think the wife would approve. But then again... would she know the difference? I could just get one of those and tell her it's a halo gun

The BR55 looks alot like a FAMAS. You could buy him an airsoft FAMAS.

Yes and there are tutorials on how to make a FAMAS look like a BR55. But then again... The possibility of me totally messing it up is very high.

All I can find is these "scale statues" so far.
They're probably pretty nice though, and the price ain't bad, you could get him a couple.

I don't know why none of the airsoft companies have jumped on making replicas

Yeah... I don't understand it myself. I think they would sell like hotcakes if someone just made a full size version. It doesn't even have to be fancy or anything. But the scaled replica is an option. To bad its only 6". Otherwise it would be perfect.

Probably being PC, and they don't want kids running around with "ASSAULT WEAPONS", even if they are fake.

All I can find is a laser tag Covenant Plasma Rifle on EBAY for you, ebay link

There are some repainted nerf guns, that the guy is reselling for double the price

Belt fed, I bought mine (yes I do own one) at target for $40 bucks, ebay link

Huge rifle thing, ebay link

Ahhh... those do look cool. I will check them out. I bout him the belt fed nerf gun thing last time I came home. But it looks WAY cooler painted up in green like that (that orange and yellow color isn't nearly as cool). Great ideas... thanks!

These guys have plastic replicas you can build yourself or have them built for you at an extra cost.

Buy an NTW-20, the sniper rifle was essentially a modified version of that.

Since my original post I found this. It even has a digital round counter.

I think it would make a much better keep sake but they want $350 for it!

But this:

Is way more affordable $115. But not nearly as detailed.

Anything out there between the two? A little more detailed but a little less expensive?

What would make a better Christmas present for a 7 year old Halo nut?

I like the plasma rifle. I think it would be kick ass! But he really wants a Spartan weapon. I think he wants to be the Master Chief when he grows up. Even though I am pushing for the Marines vs the Navy :)

Maybe I will ask for the plasma rifle for Christmas so we can duel it out
