Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Proud dad

My 11 yr old son got his first..... and second deer this Saturday, 12/15/01.  Around noon, he finished off a big Axis buck that I had hit but didn't drop immediately.  Around 3:00, he got an Axis doe. These were free range animals, not in a fenced game ranch.  Both were good shots that he made while hunting alone positioned behind a fallen tree. Got them in Medina, Tx.  Very proud of him.
