delivering or possessing a Flash Supressor a Class E Felony in
wisconsin.

There is no preban exception to this. Have a rifle with a flash
suppressor, go to jail. Lose your ability to own firearms for the

What's the big deal! 95% of shooters don't use night vision equipment so it's not like that's the issue. Tha only thing they really do is look kewl, so what if they make your firing 'less' bright! Then you have the ATF saying that flash reduced ammo counts as a flash supressor so you can't use that in postban weapons with pistol grips. Am I missing something!

Wisconsin, as a state, kicks a$$. Lots of places (and animals) to shoot at. Ive been there many a times and can vouch for it's non-gayness.
