In a word, no.
That said, you may be able to use Gamespy or something similar to search CS servers for people with their username, but you can't query another machine to see which IPs it's talking to. |

It's possible but not easy enough for your application. You're trying to set up a man-in-the-middle type attack where you set your machine to intercept traffic destine for another.
The "Man In The Middle" or "TCP Hijacking" attack is a well known attack where an attacker sniffs packets from network, modifies them and inserts them back into the network. There are few programs/source codes available for doing a TCP hijack. Juggernaut, T-Sight and Hunt are some these programs. [url]http://www.sans.org/infosecFAQ/threats/middle.htm[/url] |
