It may or may not be stolen, but an Aimpoint is serialized gear. That means someone took a kick in the nuts because the armory counts weren't up.
I only had a pen flare in Iraq, and I never had to turn it back in. I just gave it to the unit we RIPed with. I don't think they are considered serialized gear, but I may be wrong. |

Probably worth 30-100 dollars.
