Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What is it?

I see the assembly of the letters "prolly" all over the board.  I assume it is an attempt at the word "probably" but do not know for sure.  Thought it may be a southern "thing".  I was schooled recently on "teh" is evidentially a word roughly translated to "the".
