For all that had good wishes and hopes for a speedy recovery, thank you.

The surgery was only a bit over an hour and I went home the next day. They put a tube down into the ventricles at the center of my brain and ran the outflow tube under the skin into the abdomen.

The headaches are gone and I don't expect them back. This is an incredible amount of relief after 4 months of continuous pain.

Once again, thanks to those with the good wishes.

Matt

Congratulations Matt, and have a speedy recovery.

Sounds like they did a lot in only 1 hour.
