I continue to be amazed the Obama campaign thinks that bringing up issues like experience and questionable past associates is a good strategy.

I guess when the Media are so completely in the tank for you it's easy to assume you can get away with saying anything.

Just because he believes Wilson was a moron and FDR was a tool doesn't mean he's a Nazi.

WWI was a clusterfuck of epic proportion, once you accept that Pats arguement that our involvement in WWII wasn't necessary makes a lot more sense.

A little research into the Wilson administration would do everyone who wants to comment on 20th century history a lot of good, the man was a fool, totally unqualified for the job and too ill to do it for most of his term.

More damage was done to the republic on his watch than in all the decades since...

From what I understand he didn't sympathize with Hilter, Pat was of the mind that the US should not have used its resources defending Europe.

I can see an upside to that opinion, let our enemies kill each other( commies and nazis), and when its over Europe can pay us to help them rebuild. If the Sovs and nazis had killed one another the last half of the 20th century would have been much different. Perhaps there would be no UN to steal American tax dollars, Rhodesia and South Africa would have fixed thier race relation fairly and gradualy, Chang kai Check could have defeated Moa.
