The lowley CARDNALS just put down Oakland in OT 34-31. Pittsburgh now is the #1 team in the AFC. Howie Long was rather sour faced on the Fox Postgame Show; quote from Howie "Oakland does NOT want to have to go into Pittsburgh in January"(his emphasis). Especally as they could not stop the Cards RUNNING. Most of us in AZ were unaware that the cards HAD running backs they depend so much on Jake Plummer. But they pounded the Raiders with a offensive line that has only ONE starter from Week 1 still left standing... And we dont even have Three Rivers evil indoor outdoor carpet anymore and the Raiders still are worring about showing up at Heinz... |

Did you ever go to Three Rivers? 'Twas an experience that everyone should have had. (I was at the championship game in '97...good experience, except for the final outcome). |

My first and last visit to TR was in 1979, and it was for a Pirates game. I was 5. At least I get to say I saw Willie Stargell play.
