I was actually reading through the software license for Nikon's digital cameras and came across the part where it says that this agreement is to be interpreted according to the laws of Japan and that their courts have jurisdiction over the agreement, despite any objections as to it being inconvenient.

Does anyone else have a problem as a US citizen with binding themselves to the laws of a foreign country just for the privilege of being able to use a new camera?
