I thought there was a thread about a similar gun but I cannot find it in a search.
This is an antique shotgun, twist lock or twist breach 410.
I have an oppertunity to trade for it and I am wanting to find out who made it.

I've seen them before, but I can't remember the name.

It was an Air Force survival rifle .410/22lr circa 1950's. either breaks down into 2 pices or folds in half, forget which.

It's a Garcia(Rossi) Bronco I have one in .22 and .410. Made in Italy from '68 to '78,Rossi made them in the 60's and a company called Bauer in Michigan under the name Rabbit.

I think you're thinking of the Springfield M6, which isn't what's pictured

It was called a Bronco.  All the ones I know of were sold by Garcia, the fishing tackle company.  Don't think any service ever used them as a survival weapon, just a low-cost .410 single-shot from the late '60s to maybe the mid '70s.  I've heard there was a .22/.410 of similar design, but never saw one myself.  The Bronco .410 was an interesting design, but the ones I had anything to do with all required some minor fiddling to work.

I've had the .410 since I was twelve(I'm 38 now) and it has always worked just fine.I bought the .22 about 2 months ago and I haven't fired it yet.

I am looking for one of those right now on GB. No luck so far. I want the .22/.410 though. Called the Bauer Rabbit IIRC
