It's a motorola - no hdmi...that's all I could see on it.

It should say a model number, DCH#### or DCT#### or something like that.

To access the menu on the box itself to switch from 720 to 1080 hit the following buttons on the remote.
<cable> <power> <menu>, in order and right after each other. The box will turn off and you will get a diagnostics like screen with the ability to swap to the desired resolution. |
