so after smoking ribs all afternoon the gf decides we need to do other things rather than eat. Left the ribs wrapped in foil on the counter all night. So are they still good?
hate to waste ribs  but don't want to get sick either. sorry no pics

Why would you leave them out all night? I would not eat them unless you want to be throwing up and on the toilet all day. Room temp ribs for 8-10 hours, uh no.

eat em. if a little bacteria is going to mess you up then you have quite a bit else to worry about....oh and ditch the hag that wont let a man have his fresh cooked ribs.
