To answer the question, yes there was a water hose within 100 feet. However, no i couldn't knowingly do that.

Another thing that pissed me off is that when he went into the chow hall they called the place to attention. WTF?????

he is a civilian, who does not even have his party's full backing yet because hildebeast hasn't dropped out completely, but the place was called to attention for this son of a bitch.
