It has come to my attention that several members have found my posting of articles pertaining to gun control and unconstitutional legislation and actions to be highly offensive. So in the interest of fairness, I would like to conduct a vote here by post instead of the board polling system which has the flaw of accepting multiple votes from the same person. The purpose of this is to determine if these individuals are merely a handful of protesters or are of the majority. Whatever the outcome is I will abide by it.
Here are the choices: 1) Stop posting articles 2) Continue posting articles |
|
We are all here for the same reason. To share our love of guns, freedom and politcal views. So what would be the point of being here if we all said the same thing over and over. It would get boring real fast.
I, for one, hopes that the NRA sends it "FREEDOM" magazine to HCI and other gun grabber organizations. What would be the point if only people like us read it? WE alrady know all that shit. I want to be educated here. Imbroglio does that. Shows me the other side. And thats the side we need to here about. I have no problem with what Imbroglio posts. |
|
In all seriousness, keep posting... just don't get too serious on us, Imbroglio.
|
|
As long as you're not breaking the rules, go for it.
Those who do not want to read the articles could very easily skip over your threads. If they bitch and moan, then it's because they want to bitch and moan. Some youngsters think it's fun since they can at least get a little attention. Most of them will leave when they're old enough to get jobs. 2) Continue posting articles. |

They can take an advil (or 3), but they shouldn't go cutting into the interests of others because of a personal disagreement (sound like a familiar retort?). |

since all of us are gun nuts and our common enemies are bleeding heart gungrabbers, I would have to vote for continuing to post. after all if people dont want to read the articals, they dont have to click on the link.
This freedom of choice brought to you by America and the Constitution of the United States.[:)>] [usa] |

Actually, posting these Articles is the only way that we can tell that Imbroglio isn't serious when he lets go with the wit on this site.
For example, when he posts something like "Tom Daschle is a Hero. People who think otherwise are with the terrorists." or something of the sort, we know that he is being witty, because he posts these articles which show us he doesn't actually believe what the Liberals espouse. We are all free to post what we want within the rules and that goes for Imbroglio too. Some of the Anti-Cubans/Anti-Zionists/Pro-Choicers/etc. may piss me off sometimes, they have a right to post, just as I do. So, I vote for #2, keep on posting. |

A lot of the information that Mr. "I" posts is similar to information that I have already read or am currently reading; libertarian e-mails w/links to articles, links/stories from keepandbeararms.com, Neal Boortz, worldnetdaily, etc...
I think the articles are GREAT because they show how the government is trampling our rights. I think it is pathetic that more people don't take some of this information more seriously. Whether or not Mr. "I" continues to post information on ar15.com will not have a profound impact on the future of this Republic. It may however have a profound impact for several people that choose to digest the information he disseminates and come to the conclusion that they may have had their eyes closed and their heads in the sand. I for one vote 2. [red]Libertas an Mortis! [/red] |

DEFINITELY keep posting the articles.
Don't let children dictate your policy. Only an IDIOT would be "offended" by someone who is informing them about possible threats to their gun rights. |

and besides, the guy has to have something to do. Remember, we are all he has. [;)]

Continue to post, my good man. The content of your posts has never offended me or mine!
