Well, I just got a new grill so I thought I would test it out and grill up some chicken.

It's a pretty simple meal....grilled chicken marinated in some garlic lime sauce, some zucchini and yellow squash steamed on the grill, brown rice, and my Dan Wesson 1911 Bobtail.  I know, I didn't lay out an entire arsenal of knives and guns.....I just wanted to keep this one simple.

What do you think?

I'll give you a 9 based on the fact that charcoal was not used.

It looks pretty damn tasty though.

Edit, I'm going with a 10 since it is a leg and a thigh.

Dinner looks fine.  A couple slices of grilled red pepper would have added a little color.

Some table-setting tips:
- Fork goes on the left of the plate; knife goes on the right of the plate, with sharp edge of the blade toward the plate.
- Pistol goes in a position from which it can be employed immediately if zombies come through the door while you are eating dinner.  For a right hander, that means that the pistol goes on the right side, with the handle pointed to the right.  For a left hander, the pistol goes on the left side, with the handle pointed to the left.
(Information from Emily Post's Guide to Tactical Table-Setting.)

Underdone? Nope....done just right. I didn't see any traces of red...all the way down to the bone

BBQ is smoke and spice.  Can't be done on a gas grill.  If you'd have called this grilled chicken I'd rate it higher.
