I just went thru this.
NY state, yes. The 5 burroughs of NY City, NO. So my rule is... give me some other place to ship to other than NYC. Now I will say, many, many other big vendors have NO ISSUE and will ship hi-cap mags to NYC... because it is a city ordinance, not a state... and therefore, it is really a law against the person "buying" the mag illegally, not the person selling it to them. You can argue that the transaction actually takes place in your home state.... In any case, I decided not to mess with it, and the merson I shipped to had another address outside the city to use. |

Perfectly legal. As long as it's not going to NYC it's fine.
