It is now an ordinance in Montgomery County, Maryland, That if your neighbor ( or anyone for that matter) can smell you smoking, even if you are in your house and they are in theirs, and it offends their non-smoking A$$, they can report you and you can be fined up to $750

H#ll I guess the next thing is a law against farting in the same state. Heaven forbid an anti-gun nut can smell Hoppes#9 on your person and get you sent to prison for being a bell tower sniper.
