THANKS FOR TAKING UP WITH MY BULLSHIT FOR all this time, I know its a bunch of chemicals and hormones that's fucking me up and making me say and do silly things but I appreciate that the pay you make is bearable enough to tolerate 35-50 students per class multiplied by 5 classes.

I appreciate that you came to class Monday to Friday to help me be a better person by instilling knowledge, while I respectfully disagreed with some of your politics, I am grateful that you made me see various shades of the arguments.

Just once I'd love to hear that from a student when I was teaching.

The elementary kids did that for me but somehow all the Chemicals, drugs, and hormones in the older kids just didn't cut it.

I once made an argument that our system might have to copy some of the Eurotrash system in that...you're tested and ringed out if you don't like school.

Go to some vocational program or something else.

Personally....I could not kick out a student who did not want to be there....I just ignored them after 2 tries and I give them an F. I remember one kid tried to take the air out of trucks tire after he demanded a D for just showing up but doing no work at all.

I caught him single handily....called his parents, called the fucken cops, called the principal. He denied it the whole way but the goody two shoes students in my class( mostly the whites and asians) saw it and ratted him out. He was so insistent in lying that he did it despite the blood on his hands for slipping on the knife...despite the wheel and tire marks on his jackets.....and his parents had the fucken asinine attitude to say that they believe him...despite 5 witnesses including myself.

That was his gratuity for me trying to get him to learn some simple assignments, giving him more chances than God.


But oh oh  I so loved it when I was substitute teaching...in Los Angeles.....they had a special number for the School police to call if a kid gets disruptive....that is not for regular teachers...

I called that number so many times.....they became to know me by a first name...especially the ones at Eagle Rock and Fairfax High School in Los Angeles.

If no kids..showed up for class where ever I was teaching..I wouldn't sweat it......it's either a weekend or a holiday but I know for a fact that I trully enjoyed working with those that WANTED to be in class.

those kids were unique.....special....and it gave me alot of hope for the future.

But if I had to force your ass to come to school so you can better yourself and be a productive participant of society.....I would shut you out of the school and never welcome you  back unless you are on your knees.



I don't personally believe in forcing anyone to willfully come to school.

On a more serious note, I gave a one minute speech at my graduation last week, but all of us speaking planned a theme to our speeches. For instance, the theme was time, and my partner and I had "months." If I were you, I would say something mildly funny. What I did, is I mentioned "toga parties" in mine, which the audience loved, and the girl who mentioned "getting wasted" was thought of as a piece of crap. It's not what you say, it's you you say it.

P.S. Don't get the inspiration for your graduation speech from Animal House!
