Ah yes, the new favorite of the NBA, Kobe and his team.
Hell, I don't know how the Celtics will do it. Just looking at Kobe is a foul....  Still pissed Dallas has been out in Round 1 for the last 2 years.

After watching the first three rounds of the Eastern Conference playoffs, I am convinced the NBA wanted this matchup...but only with a rested Laker team and a tired, beaten-up Celtics team.
Long live the '80s and the great basketball we had back then. |

But I will be at a shooting range helping my new shooter friends so I guess no tonight's game for me.(I have my priorities straightened out  )I remember how San Antonio fans used to berate Lakers after Suns beat lakers. Wonder where they are now that the table has turned once again.

I'm a Laker fan and I'm extremely nervous about this series. Even though the Celtics haven't played up to their regular season standard during these playoffs, I can't shake the feeling that they'll suddenly bring their A game now that it's the finals. I still remember the Lakers getting their asses kicked by Boston while wearing short-shorts earlier this season. I'd be a lot more confident if Bynum was healthy and playing. That being said, it should be a good series and I hope the Lakers win.
