This could be a hoax, but here's a link to a pamphlet supposedly from the Phoenix FBI office that identifies "defenders of the Constitution" as potential terrorist threats:

Also lots of other humorous potential terrorist profiles, including:
1. Being a "Lone Individual",
2. Making numerous references to the US Constitution,
3. Claiming that driving is a right, not a privilege,
4. Attempting to "police the police", and
5. Engaging in "Cyper penetration"(!)

Perhaps someone in the Phoenix area could cruise by the local FBI or Sheriff's office and see if this is legit...
