There are some spicy blue corn tortilla chips at Albertsons that are incredible (I want to say they are 'Natures Best' or some brand like that). They are not run-of-the-mill mass produced chips. They have great flavor and medium heat to them. You could easily eat the whole bag without noticing.
Eta: the jalapeno and sea salt and vinegar chips are also full of win! |

We had this thread about a month ago, and another posted and I agreed that Herr's Ketchup potato chips are the best chips in the known universe.
If you don't know what they are, you need to seriously re-evaluate your life right now: www.herrs.com/Products/Chips/Ketchup.html |

Homemade. Thin sliced yukon golds. Fried about 4 minutes. Lawry's seasoned salt.
FTW. |

Tostitos and a medium salsa
Cheese Waffles are great too.............when you can find em. |
|
Doritos: Cool Ranch, Sweet and Spicy Chili, Taco (though the taco could use less cumin).
Cheetos: Crunchy (not puffy), Red Hot With Lime. Fritos: Honey Barbecue. Pringles: Sour Cream and Onion, Pizza, Thai Chili. |
|
FTMFW!!! The Spicy Creole Tomato and Tabasco are really good too. |
|
|
I also enjoy Tim's Jalapeno chips. Given the chance, that's the kind I'll eat every time.
|
|
Tims Cascade Chips ROCK!
Sea Salt and Vinegar. Jalapeno is good too, if you have enough milk. |
|
Tostitos chips with the lime added
2nd place-Cape Cod Salt/vinegar |

There isn't a single Kettle Chips flavor I've tried that hasn't been great. My favorites are probably Spicy Thai and Island Jerk. |
|
|
Yes, yes they are....the jalapeno and cheddar are good too |

Potato chips? Wavy Lays.
Tortilla chips? For general snacking, tostitos bite size (preferable with chile con queso - throws my diet outta whack but ) For real messican style? There's a place out of Chicago that makes real tortilla chips - as in cut up real tortillas - that they fry up and deliver around the area. Talk about crunch - these will break your fillings if you're not ready for them. Miscellaneous junk food? Pringles (even though they're potato chips like chicken nuggets are pieces of chicken), crunchy cheetos and fritos. I've been a good boy for too long now... if I eat too many greasy/fatty things I get |
|
Don't tell me you all forgot about the Frito-Lay boycott.
No Lays Fritos or Doritos for me. www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=701609 |

Route 11 Potato Chips
I grew up about 1/4 mile from where their factory is currently located in Middletown. I remember going down to the factory just after they'd cooked up a batch and picking up a bag of chips that were still warm. |

Cape Cod beachside BBQ or Salt and Vinegar.
The salt and pepper ones are pretty good too. I don't eat tater chips much, but when I do these are my choice. However, with a turkey sandwich it must be topped with Nacho Cheese Doritos. |
