Are you talking about the bulk packed ammo in GI cans that is loaded with match bullets? If so, yes but do not expect it to be up to the standards of expensive Black Hills or Federal Match in nice little 20 round boxes. I have found it to be very reliable, clean and more accurate than Winchester USA or Remington UMC for example, but not by a whole lot. I think of it as practice match ammo.

I've used a bunch of their .223 55gr. Didn't have any problems. Like B27 said, I consider it practice ammo and for $150/1000, it's hard to beat.

Can't speak to the specific ammo you're looking at, but I've ordered a lot of ammo from them, never had a problem.  I like returning piles of brass for a few bucks off, or to offset shipping.  Kinda like recycling.  Their 55gr.FMJ runs great through my Bushmaster.
