We have a new gym in town, and I got a membership.

Their CD collection stinks, and they said if I made a CD on my burner, that they would add it to their playlist.

So far, I gathered a little Van Halen, OZZy, Metallica, and I'm looking for more ideas..

So what do you think makes good workout music??

I have a home gym and listen to talk radio (96.9 Boston/ Jay Severin), brings the BP up. Friend of  mine recommended country music for the rhythm. YMMV

I wok out to the Anna Kornikova workout video.  Of course, only my arm gets the work out but I can do two pushups before failure now!

Ever heard of Blood For Blood? Believe me, those guys will get you going. Listen to an MP3 of theirs and you'll see what I'm saying.

If that doesn't do it for ya, try some Neil Sedaka.

Lots of Iron Maiden and Metallica.  Marine/SEAL/Ranger cadences for running.

Anything fast and LOUD... except for high energy. I hate that shit sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much! Thats what they used to play at the 24-hr fitness I used to go to, then they switched it to some heavy metal stuff and always got me pumped.

Since you're asking the AR-15.com community, and because we're so helpful and wish to make your workout fun, let me suggest "Let's get physical" by Olivia Newton-John.

Knock yourself out!!

Old Slayer is great. Most of the stuff I listen to now is even faster than say, Angel of Death or Necrophobic. Aaarrgh!!!!

"Moon River"  (One beat per five (minutes) )

To the "Garden Weasel"  -  My offer of $10.00 for your name still stands !
Would you consider it cheap and tawdry for me to use "Common/ordinary Garden Weasel" should you refuse to sell ????
