Everyday at my work, they cook Hormel Thick-Cut Pepper Bacon. Oven baked on racks in trays, dozens of them.

We lost Esicar's smokehouse a few months ago. It had been around since 1934. I'm 58 and totally hooked on their meats.
This stuff others sell as bacon just isn't. New outfit to open in June. I guess I'll wait and see.<G> Dennis Jenkins |

i LOVE butterball Turkey bacon. That shit is so good. I know I'm going to get flamed for this but I like turkey bacon better than regular bacon, and its better for you.
