Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need a good ISP

Any recommendations for a dependable, reasonably priced ISP?  My current one is more than tripling the price for my current service (dial up, 150 hrs/mo., 5 email accts, 10 Mb webspace, all for $4.95, going to $16.95). I'm not ready to move to DSL, so I'm only interested in dial up access for now.  Thanks...

I've been happy with AT&T.  Costs me 14.95, but they have plans with lower rates.  My connection never gets dropped.
