Anyone see the Confederate soldier on horseback?

By the way, what type of machine gun is that?

If you pay close attention you will notice that this is obviously an anti aircraft weapon. Noticve the high powered spotlights angled to catch low flying planes and choppers at night.

That's a German MG42.  I would like to know how and why they are using a $30000 machine gun???  At 1400 rounds per minute, he'll  be out of ammo in a matter of seconds.

More likely it is a newer MG3 like Lightfighter said.

The U.S Class3 prices don´t apply to the rest of the world, our dealership sells MG42s converted to .308 Win for about $ 846, i im betting the Pakistani army isn´t paying 30K for their MGs neither. [:D]

MG3 made in Pakistan. 7.62x51 NATO. According to my International Defence Equipment Catalogue 1985/1986.
Does an MG tied to a Toyota pickup's roll bar with string count as mounted? Pakistan is a recognized government right? These people have nukes?

Now on the catwalk is Abdul Hachaloogi, sporting pants from M.C.Hammer, belt from the Princess Bride prop box and wearing one of NSF Jojo's really comfortable sweaters...

No ..... that's not a "dirt bike" helmet.  It IS a "FULL COVERAGE MC HELMET".

Works a HELL of a lot better than those cute little berets when hit by bricks, rocks, piss bags, molotavs, etc. that are often thrown by angry mobs!

Still think this guy is a moron?????!!!

The MG'ner is not only wearing a helmet, but a leather weight lifting belt. [:D]

He must have to carry his own ammo.

Obviously, that's the *Tactical* black dirt bike helmet (pre-ban model - note the screw-on visor and removable chin strap).  Don't get caught with one in Arizona!

No, US Prices don't apply worldwide.

I brought up the topic of building BRENs, MG-42s, etc...a while back and got flamed about not knowing the laws, etc...

I simply didn't realize these didn't come in Semi-Automatic Variants.

But on topic, the prices for MG-42 parts kits is $369.95 - $499.95. Now, how much does it cost to reweld a receiver ?

Then again $134.95 for BREN Kits, $129.95 for L1A1 kits, $139.95 IMBEL FAL Kits ($999.95 for 10) make you wonder why FALs cost so damned much. Oh yeah, becuase some dumbass in Congress Decided to ban them and therefore the supply of receivers is so expensive.

You would choke if you realized how overpriced guns are in America.

Why ?

1) Unconstitutional Bans Artificially Alter Supply & Demand.
2) Massive SOT Tax levyed on importers, manufacturers, and dealers is passed onto the consumer.
3) 10% Excise tax on all complete guns. That is one reason it is cheaper to build your own AR-15.
4) Manufacturer/Importer Profit/Markup
5) Dealer Profit/Markup
6) 11% Pitman/Robertson Conservation Tax
7) $8 NICS Check. More in some states.
8) On top of all the previous taxes, the state and/or county levys a sales tax. 6% in most of Florida, 7% in some counties, 7.5% here in Escambia County.

That is why Pre-Ban Style Fully-Automatic AK-47s cost $5 in Sub-Saharan Africa and $5000+ in America. Don't you love that 10,000% Price Increase ?
