Sadly, oneshot1kill made a bunch of horrible mistakes dealing with the police, and in the end it's gonna cost him dearly. Maybe only in lost property and higher legal fees, but it could also cost him his freedom.
It's really not his fault, because the cops are professionally trained and actually practice using these techniques in order to coerce citizens on whom they have no evidence or even probably cause into surrendering their civil rights. Like convincing someone that letting the police come and search their house will somehow get them off the hook, when in fact consenting to that will only hurt you and help the police. If they had anything on you they'd get a warrant and search your house anyway. The fact that they have to trick you into cooperating tells you right there that they don't have enough to arrest you and want to look for something they can use against you.
A friend of mine is a former US Justice Dept. prosecutor who says when dealing with the police to, and I quote, "Keep your fucking mouth shut!" Absolutely nothing you say will do anything to help you!!!
If you say anything, you only say "NO!"
Can I go through your pockets? - NO!
Can I look in your purse? - NO!
Can I search your car? - NO!
Can I look in your trunk? - NO!
Can I go through your house? - NO!
Why not? Do you have something to hide? - NO!
This is what cops do, they do it every day to honest citizens, and they do it good!! And then some of you out there wonder why some of us hate cops so much.
Print out the ACLU BustCard and keep it in your wallet so the next time you're getting assaulted by a JBT you can hand him a copy.
