Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone see a civil emergency message on TV?

A friend of on office colleague just called and said he saw a civil emergency broadcast on PBS that said it was not a test.  Caught the tailend of it and has no details.  Anyone else see this?  I'm at the office and nothing is on the wires.

If it was an actual emergency, they would broadcast the message continuously via radio, television, and whatever means necessary to get your attention.
