This was only about a mile up the road from the Sacramento Valley Shooting Center. About 20 miles or so SE of Sacramento, CA. Don't know if they were Army, NG, AG or what. The one in the air took off shortly after we pulled over to the side of the road. They were less than 100 yards away on the ground and he lifted and came right over us at about 150 feet. Darn camera didn't process fast enough to get that shot. Guy behind the window waved to us as we gave them a thumbs up.

Yeah, those are Guard Medivac Hawks. You can tell by Seal on the sticker on the front doors.
