I saw a post like this one asking about it and now I can't find it either.  Whats the deal?

If I had to make a guess, I would say he removed the thread based on advice from his attorney.  It would not be a good idea for him to discuss matters like that in public if he is planning a law suit, or if he is concerned of further charges pending against him from the incident.
