I lost my gun safe key and hid my spare so good that i cant find it.I have the key code but need a phone number or address to contact them.Until then all my guns are locked except for my bedside baby.(1911)

Doh, hid it so good you can't find it. lol.
The one benfit a digital lock over a key. You can't lose the key.

Good luck and hope they ship you out a replacement fast.
