You know, if you sing those words to the tune of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," it's really not half bad.

Geez people - you act like you've never heard of Engrish before.

How else would the Japanese depict Christmas?

I mean, is it about Jesus death? Or is it about Santa Clause and Christmas trees.

Make up your minds already - or if you're the Japanese, just combine the best of both worlds

You guys are so closed-minded.

"Santa Cross" is from a painting by American artist Robert Cenedella, commenting on the commercialization of Christmas.

Traced it back to the website. The picture has a "Myth" that it was created by the Japanese not knowing anything about Christmas. Snopes shot that down.

There are some religions that get pissed off because they don't have a tree with gifts under it and have to make fun of the others.

That pic is screwed up on so many levels, but there is that 1st amendment thing

My theology teacher actually told me about this picture!  He was making fun of the East for not being able to interpret American culture and religion.

Either way, to be trendy...

Guys - let me explain it.

In Japan, when they were told about Christmas, they were told about how Jesus died on the Cross and Santa Clause.

This is their "Lost in Translation" interpretation of Christmas.

Kind of like how in the United States, everyone thinks Cinco de Mayo is the day set aside to drink Coronas

Wow, that painting of urine covered shit is really moving....

How can any half wit even partially consider that "art"

Dude draws a turd, gets a lot of attention, and then some snobby retard buys it and goes to all his exhibits.

Just goes to show you the state of the world we live in.

Dude has some issues. He hates Capitalism in a really bad way.

I can't remember, but a friend of mine had a saying for people who cannot contribute anything to the world and and "artist" was one of them. I think the other was an "intellectual."

An "artist" my my book is someone who can paint or draw anything and make it look real.

This guy is probably a closet killer.
