I'd buy it if it were on the up-and-up and someone made me that offer.
.380 is 'spensive to shoot, though. |

If you are also getting a concealment holster/wallet then it is a decent deal |

Try CDNN I believe they sell them at $219 possibly cheaper.
$ 219 $ 10 shp $ recieving fee + No sales tax = Cheaper |

YES buy it, its a good little pocket pistol. I have one and love it. decent price. mine was 240+10 bg check at a gunstore

You're overlooking the concealment wallet ($25???) and the no-paper transfer (PRICELESS!!!)  IMO, .380 is a good choice, given the size of the pistol. The .32 version carries one extra round, but is significantly less potent, and tends to suffer from the dreaded rim-lock o' death... IIRC, Kel-Tec does NOT require any registration card or receipt to honor their warranty. If something's flaky - no matter where you bought it - they'll still make it right. |

I would not kick myself in the ass if I bought it, but not a screaming deal either.
 Get the guy down to the LOW $200 range and it is a deal. ($200-$230 at the high end.)
