I am doing so research on the following ISPs:
Cox - news.cox.net
Optonline/Cablevision - news.optonline.net
Earthlink - news.east.earthlink.net
Comcast - newsgroups.comcast.net
Timewarner/RR - I have this information


What I need is a list of the Newsgroups they offer.  If anyone has these providers is there any way you can throw the newsgroup server into Mozillas Thunderbird and PM me or email me the text file?  This is really important and is pretty much my last resort to get this information.  Because I am not a member of these ISPs they will not provide me with the list even though it is no different than a list of websites they offer.  

These providers offer over 55,000 newgroups so all I need is a text file in wordpad or something.  If anyone will offer me assistance I can walk you through how to populate the list.

I am on charter and would do that much for you, but I can't find any way to export the entire newsgroup file, using Thunderbird on windowsXP....

you just open with wordpad and save
