yea kinda weird some have the USA and price crossed out and some just have the rate crossed out. I can understand the rate crossed out so people don't print them on their printer and try to use them but crossing out the USA only one some stamps. NOT on Kwqanzaa though? interesting as some seem to be crossed out more than others

Good photoshopping skillz, but why did you cross out the price on the stamps? It wont help you get your stamps for free, because you already have had to pay that price in order to get the stamps.
