250K a year, deposited once a year into a bonded account. Most of the time it is donated to charity or whatever. Ever since 2002, GW has donated it to a fund for the children of the men and women who died on September 11th. Read about it here

The president receives $400K/yr and several tens of thousands as an expense account for entertainment. Plus some nifty perks like Air Force One.

Constitutionally, the salary can't be increased or decreased during a term in office.

Yes. Presidents traditionally release their tax returns, so you can see how much interest income, donations, etc. Here's a source: taxhistory.org
