A friend of mine is having some problems with his furniture....

When he scrubs his desk and other parts of his house like

exposed wood, sheetrock even on things like boots....apparently

approximately 1/4 splotches that look like mold spore cultures occur

and it grows back within a few weeks, anyone hear of anything like this?

Who knows.......meteors can be awfully small

The stuff you see is just the 'flower' of the mold, so scrubbing it off doenst really do jack. You have to get at the main part that is burrowed below the surface. Via some type of anti-mold/mildew agent.

Plus get rid of the humidity.

Yeah, he doesn't run his a\c very much...
I told him that allows all sorts of things to
grow in\on his furniture. We have LOTS of
humidity in Houston. He USES some type
of cleanser but it still grows back, probably
because his home is SO contaminated. He
is also having some health problems, I told
him that the high concentration of mold in his
home might be responsible for his health probs

chlorahexadrine product or mild bleach solution or both. Thats my guess anyway.
