One person missing after refinery fire

There is an employee missing after a refinery fire this morning in St. Paul Park.

The fire started in a fuel oil tank at the Marathon Petroleum Company around 8:30 this morning. Firefighters were able to get it under control about an hour later.

Bob Behr the refinery's human resources manager, says they couldn't find the employee in the immediate area of the fire and have expanded their search. He says there were no other injuries.

The missing employee was an operator in the blending area of the refinery. His name has not been released.

It is not clear at this point what caused the fire or if production will be affected.

I predict a 10 to 15 cent spike Locally because of this.
