I bought a nice pair of Leupold binoculars a couple years ago. I can't recall the model though. Since price is no object they can get a much nicer set to be sure, but I found the clarity of these to be very good.

Steiner binoculars are great but extremely expensive. I have both a pair of Nikon's and a pair of Leupold's that probably cost less combined then a pair of Steiner's.

< Waiting for the Steiners in my Chrismas stocking. $150ish on sale at BassPro. And no, my wife won't let me see them..........she's like that about certain things.

I had a pair of steiners predators for hunting and they finally broke today.
To be honest, I wouldn't buy another pair of Steiners. I was not impressed by them at all. The adjustable eye would ALWAYS lose focus. Every single time I zoomed in and then out, that eye would be out of focus. |
