I have a friend whose wife is from Russia.  He visits over there every so often.  He says that any citizen who fills out the gun owner paperwork can buy a full auto machinegun.  He says that owning a machinegun is like buying a shotgun over here.

All the gun makers in America can sell a "pre-ban" rifle overseas as long as it doesn't conflict with laws in the receiving country.  Have you ever noticed what is stamped on the side of the receivers of these "LEO guns"?  It says "Restricted   Military/Government  Law Enforcement/Export Use Only.

That basically means everyone on the planet except the American peasant/citizen.

The truth is...in Russia you can buy a MIG 29 if you have enough money.
